The purpose of this feature is to facilitate valuable and timely client feedback. By providing a way for clients to review and approve or reject products, the feature aims to ensure that their preferences and opinions are effectively captured and integrated into the project.
Main Benefits of Product Approvals:
- Streamlined Review Processes: Within the client dashboard, clients will find schedules with the line items of the project. By clicking on the "More" Panel they will be able to see a detail panel of the item.
- Detailed Product Examination: Clients can also dive into the product details view, where they can review specifications and further information. From there, they can approve or reject the product with a single click and provide specific feedback in the comment box.
- Easy Access to the Client Dashboard: Once you publish your schedule, your clients will receive an email notifying them that the schedule is ready for their review.
Client Approval Process
Once notified via email, clients can access their dedicated client dashboard by logging in to their account. Within the dashboard, they will find the schedule. By clicking on the schedule, clients can review items of the project. Here, they have the ability to review and assess the products awaiting their approval or rejection.
The streamlined process enables seamless communication and fosters a productive partnership between clients and designers.
Tracking Approval Statuses and Feedback
Once the client provides a comment or a changes the status of a product, designers assigned to the project will receive an email notifying them of the changes. The status will automatically be changed and the comments can be reviewed int he item's detail panel.
By utilizing the intuitive interface, clients can easily change the status of specified items. With Product Approvals, designers can streamline their workflow, ensure timely decisions, and maintain effective collaboration with clients.
